It's on the high floor (32th) so there is hardly any noise from the street. The large window size in both the living and sleeping rooms, together with the 2.6 high ceiling, makes the room spacey and allow a plenty of natural light.

The fully furnished apartment comes with an equipped kitchen (except for the electrical stove which can be installed quite easily), TV, 2 A/C units, a washing machine, an iron, a fridge, and cleaning equipment. The apartment also comes with a fixed parking space (which you actually own since you also pay for the 12-sq.m. parking lot), but this gives real convenience to a Bangkokian like myself. If you don't want it you can lease it to other resident(s).

The juristic person's management of Parkland Grand Taksin is very efficient. The common areas and facilities are consistently maintained, renovated, and managed. Overall, the service and security has been of one of the top standards. The gym, garden lounge, pool, and steam room on the 8th floor are clean and properly taken care of. Because of the condominium's position, the wind flows quite pleasant almost all day long.
