Our room is fully furnished and located near the city center. Neighborhood, 7-11 convenience store in front of the building and within walking distance of the Central Festival department store. The property is just 15 minutes from the city center or the Chiang Mai International Airport (depending on traffic) and our room is part of the D-Condo property. Guests can rest assured with 24/7 security checkpoints and CCTVs.
The condo contains a swimming pool, exercise area, and co-working area with WiFi in common areas and within the property itself.
The minimum length of the rental contract is 3 months. *Can be extended if needed.*
The monthly rent cost is 12,000 THB/month (maintenance fee included). Renters must pay 3 months' worth of deposit/insurance costs and 2 months' worth of prepaid expenses when moving in for the first time.
Water and electricity bills will have to be paid by the rentee themselves. (Bills usually come out a few days before the end of the month).
