1. You use an elevator to get to your home and that means a lot of waiting time; waiting for the elevator, waiting to send off other people on different floors.

2. You get to be in those awkward moments with neighbors on the same floor waiting for the elevator with you, and you are not sure whether to wave and say hi or pretend looking at your phone.

3. Parking lot is valued asset. You’ve been praying to find an empty spot all the way from your office to the condo.

4. That moment when you realized you forgot some important stuff in the car, and you live on 35th floor.

5. When you share your walls, your floor and your roof with noisy neighbors, you learn to be patient or just....     

6. When someone manage to make the fire alarm goes off at 4 am and you need to come all the way down with your pajama and no make-up.

7. If your concierge is nice, Congratulations, but for the rest….

8. That common area fee keeps going up and you still can’t manage to use the facilities in order to worth the fee.

9. You learn to adapt and be creative about small space.
