📌 In the year of 2036 , all owners in this part will have a meeting to discuss whether they need to continue as a hotel or not.
📌 Along 14 years, getting free stay in Superior Room Type for 7 days a year.
Those 7 days free stay are comprising Monday - Thursday (4 days) plus Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Public Holidays and or other public days when the Government or its Agencies announcing as an 3 additional days off.
However, the buyer cannot use the right to stay in the months of November to February and also during the Songkran holidays from
11 - 25 April and during the period of Chinese New Year holidays every year. However, the buyer cannot specifically request to stay in their own suites, but the buyer my upgrade the room level (Upgrade) by paying the difference in the room price.
