Each unit is about 70 sq meter or 753.47 sqft (a bed room, living room, kitchen, dressing room, bathroom). We are located 400 meters away from Thong Lo BTS Station, very convenient. It is right next to Thong Lo(Sukhumvit 55). There are many restaurants, bars, clubs, and karaoke places in the area.

This apartment is a peaceful and a quiet place, due to its location as well as our tenants. Therefore, we would prefer our future residents to enjoy the peaceful and quiet environment.

One Parking is currently available for additional rent of 1,000 Baht per month.
